Job Description:

Ensures consistency of staff work performance and compliance of company policy and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain client satisfaction through audits and quality assurance inspections

  • Conduct site tours with both SWA and client Manager and personnel

  • Effectively communicate with SWA Account Management

  • Responsible for all direct reports and their performance

  • Responsible for assigned accounts

  • Ensure that all staff demonstrate a high level of service through regular training and inspections

  • Ensure staff follows company safety guidelines

  • Report any functional or maintenance issues related to vehicles and/or tools and equipment to management

  • Manage accuracy of employee Time Cards, incident reports, ect..

  • Document any employee related issues for further processing by Human Resources

  • Report nightly audit building deficiencies to Operations Management for follow up

  • Review service requests with Operation Managers before the start of their shift

  • Investigate and follow-up with customer issues and concerns

  • Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with Scope of Work as dictated by clients' contract

  • Support any miscellaneous project as required

  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including and not limited to nights and weekends


  • A minimum of five years experience in a supervisory capacity (must be able to prove)

  • Must have training experience

  • Must be able to ensure that overall standards are met on a daily basis

  • Must have strong people skills

  • Must have strong attention to detail

  • Must have a valid CA driver's license with clean record

  • Able to pass background check

  • Must be able to communicate effectively via oral and written communication

  • English and Spanish speaker is a must

  • Must be computer literate and email proficient (Google Suite)

  • Knowledge and experience of Utility work required such as floor care and carpet care
