Account manager

Job Description:
Maintains and manages client cleaning specifications for assigned accounts and ensure customer retention.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Respond and investigate client issues within a timely manner

  • Conduct random inspections for safety and employee satisfaction

  • Management of job cost and budget

  • Attend all training and seminars made available for management

  • Understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems

  • Manage and develop Supervisors

  • Responsible for all billing in the area of responsibility

  • Responsible for profit and loss for account(s)

  • Attend weekly operational meetings and convey information to staff

  • Manage accuracy of employee Time Cards, incident reports, terminations, etc.  

  • Complete paperwork in a timely manner


  • Ability to manage

  • Bilingual and possess good communication skills (English and Spanish)  

  • A minimum of five years experience in the service industry

  • Flexibility and adaptability  

  • Must have a valid CA driver's license with clean record

  • Able to pass background and drug test

  • Have strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Google Docs)

  • College degree is a plus
