Job Description:

Oversee janitors in order to efficiently complete the Scope of Work.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Read and comprehend Scope of Work

  • Perform Scope of Work

  • Perform supply inventory

  • Interact with customer (take phone calls, e-mails)

  • Log hours for payroll

  • Implementing and carry company policies

  • Perform equipment safety inspections

  • Perform janitorial duties

  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including and not limited to nights and weekend


  • Must be able to communicate effectively via oral and written communication (English and Spanish)

  • Spanish speaker is a must

  • Able to pass background check

  • Must have a valid CA driver's license with clean record

  • Minimum of 1 year of work related experience

  • Must have strong people skills

  • Must have strong attention to detail skills

  • Must be computer literate and email proficient

  • General math skills required

  • Ability to produce effective results

  • Janitorial experience

  • Utility Skills (If no experience, on the job training required for 1 month)
