Job Description:

Oversee janitors in order to efficiently complete the Scope of Work.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Read and comprehend Scope of Work
Perform Scope of Work
Perform supply inventory
Interact with customer (take phone calls, e-mails)
Log hours for payroll
Implementing and carry company policies
Perform equipment safety inspections
Perform janitorial duties
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including and not limited to nights and weekend

Qualifications:

Must be able to communicate effectively via oral and written communication (English and Spanish)
Spanish speaker is a must
Able to pass background check
Must have a valid CA driver's license with clean record
Minimum of 1 year of work related experience
Must have strong people skills
Must have strong attention to detail skills
Must be computer literate and email proficient
General math skills required
Ability to produce effective results
Janitorial experience
Utility Skills (If no experience, on the job training required for 1 month)
