Job Description:

Responsible for cleaning offices, conference rooms, gyms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas.

Responsibilities and Duties:​

  • Dusting and cleaning

  • Cleaning and stocking bathrooms

  • Removing trash

  • Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping

  • Completes work assignments in a timely manner

  • Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure

  • Communicates effectively with client

  • Follow company policies

  • Handle emergency cleaning requests

  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including and not limited to nights and weekends

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to stand for long periods of time

  • Able to follow rules

  • Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds

  • Ability to crouch, kneel, and crawl

  • Able to pass background check

  • Must have valid driver's license

  • Understands and speaks English

  • Able to communicate via cell phone and operate a cell phone

  • Minimum of one year of of professional cleaning experience strongly preferred
